I just purchased and started reading Until I return Its by Jeff Walling. Its about 12 things Jesus wants Every believer to know.

I have already read two sections. There are four sections with 3 chapters in each one.

Jeff Walling is Church of Christ. Which I am not. But his book is excellent and he follows it with scripture. It is like any other book to me...we must alway check scripture and use good judgement.

So what books are everyone else reading along with the Bible?

One of my favorite publications is a newletter called No Greater Joy. It is written by Mike & Debbie Pearl. You can download it from their website - www.nogreaterjoy.org

    tyndale1946,

I love the complete works of Josephus Flavious. His description of hades was one that just puts chills down my spine and makes me really think. I have that book downloaded to my own computer. Its E-books.

    The Works
    of
    Flavius Josephus

    Translated by
    William Whiston

An Extract Out Of Josephus's Discourse To The Greeks Concerning Hades

As far as I am concerned it is a must read. I can copy it to a post if you all are interested. It only takes a second. Its not that long. Some threads are a lot longer than it.

Right now I am reading (or should I say wading through) Paul, an Outline of His Theology by Herman Ridderbos. Very good book, but a chore to work through.....
