US high court rejects appeal from 'birther' leader

    The status of the parents matters if the child is born outside of the U.S.

    That is why the birth certificate is important.

    A "birth certificate" has not been provided.

    Only a "certificate of birth".

    They are not the same thing.

    One is issued at the time of the birth - and the other is created at a later date.

    Why won't Obama release his "birth certificate"?

    See my post above where I say your proved yourself wrong.

    Obama was born in Hawaii.

    His certificate is there for you to see. I posted it very large so you could read it.

    But you haters will never agree. You love to hate too much.

    You are like the fellow who says, "Don't confuse me with the truth, my mind is made up."

    Be a man, fess up that you made a mistake.

    The birth certificate has not been released - that is why the Governor and the State Attorney General are looking for it.

    That is why Chris "Obama sends a tingle down my leg" Matthews is calling for it's release.

    They are not Obama haters.

    They are calling for the release of the birth certificate.

    Why isn't Obama releasing it?

    Them not speaking on it or allowing the case to go forth does not mean it does not have merit. It means they do not want to be the bench that goes down in history as being the one in session during the biggest scandal in US history.

    Using your logic of silence, since Obama is remaining silent on this matter, it must be true he was born in Kenya.

    Again, if anyone with enough facts of the matter can get *MY* 1952 Birth Certificate...

    Why is it so hard to find the original from a modern state 9 years later for the president of the US ???

    ...and that is the right approach in dealing with our big governement. The states need to take back their sovereignty and pass these kind of laws. If 20 states did this, it would in essence make it mandatory for the candidate to produce it...or they would not be on the ballot in those states.

    Now, Curtis - you know full well that Obama is refusing to release his college records.

    I wonder why that is?

    Could there be some personal information there that would not support his claim to being born in Hawaii?

    Opps... from the question above it looks as though I must be an Obama hater. :rolleyes:
