Wrong on all accounts. There are 5 categories of people concerning insurgents: Active supporters of the insurgents, Passive supporters of the insurgents, neutral, Passive supporters of the Coalition, and Active supporters of the Coalition.

Most people fall within the middle three, with a huge number falling into the exct center, riding the fence. It is these people who could go either way. IF we break their laws and try to convert them, they *will* get offended.

The "average" Muslim is devout. The "average" Muslim holds to traditional beliefs. The "average" Muslim believes in peace, yes. But the average Arab believes in a revenge law. You break the law, they seek revenge out of honor. Especially if their family is affected by it. If we sought to convert an Arab Muslim over here, he might not think anything of it. But his patriarch would almost assuredly get upset.
