US Senate blocks bid

    Thanks for the good news.

    If the purpose of the pipeline is to reduce US gas prices then why not end the pipe line in Montana or Colorado? Why send the the product to Texas and then back north?

    Because Montana and Colorado have no refinery capability---at least on a large scale like such other states as Texas and Louisiana----it would be cheaper to pipe the crude to Baton Rouge(Exxon) or Houston(Texaco) than to build a brand spanking new refinery in Montana

    But that "Goober" we have in the Oval Office doesn't want us to have either one----he doesn't want a new pipeline---and he doesn't want a brand new refinery----he's as big a doofus as anyone can get
