It's a total waste of money. Simpler solution: buy a USB drive and download a file of the KJV.

But I guess if you wanted to pay for the decoration . . .

I agree that it's a nice idea, but not pracitical.

I have a USB drive that holds a Gig of information, so I could carry my Bible there, but instead, I also have a MP3 player that I carry the Audible version of the Bible.

I listen to it all the time, small ear buds, and I listen while I shop, work, and walk.

It's a great thing, and if you don't have an Audible copy of the Bible, I highly suggest it.

But with all the free resources out there, not to mention the many online bibles...

I guess it is just the novelty of it.

I could not plug two of those into a USB port on my monitor. They are too big.

Copying the files and installer onto a USB drive is nothing. But, yeah, it would be a good thing to have it run from the USB drive.

    Something to look into...

My key drive is only 256 MB, so e-sword doesn't fit, I tried it.

    I probably need a gig.

I do have the NIV and some of my sermons on the one I got.
a driving game too called Midnight Racing.
We are installing a new sound system with audio/visual and the whole 9 yards at church. It should be ready by Jan 1st. I can't wait my key drive will be invaluable then.

I can download the visuals to my sermon on it, take it to church and use it on the systems laptop.

I can see it now. I'll be preaching and the sound man playing Midnight Racing. lol

    WHY???

Easy, because most of the time a Christian and his/her money are soon parted.... Got a widget factory but going broke? Just stick a little fish on the widget and watch business boom.

(Whatever happened to that thread about junk the Christian bookshops are selling? My favourite was the one I found here Down Under of the handsaw painted with Bible verse written on it...And could any of us live without a genuine imitation ram's horn...  )
