virus?

My scan came up with this,
Java.Shinwow.BH, Java/Shinwow.BH!Trojan
and it can not quarintine it. So I clicked on it for info and it gave a link to microsoft to download this patch, which I can not find on their site, only the bulletin telling about it.

How do I get rid of this?

Go to the link you posted, go down a little to GENERAL INFORMATION then click on PATCH AVAILABILITY and in the second line of what opens click on WINDOWS UPDATE and it will take you to the page where you have to go through their new updating process.

If that doesn't work go to Norton's website and there is a place where you can look for problem items and often has fixes for them.
