I heard someone on Fox News say that voting was their "God given right", do you think voting is a right or a privilege? And why?

Personally I consider it a privilege. In heaven I know that I will not have a vote, and that is perfectly ok.

It is a privledge given by GOD...If it were a right then there would be no such thing as a king in the world today...

Simply because there are other forms f goverment, not elected officals like we have, means voting is a right in our country. If it were a God given privledge then all countries woud have elected leaders. Thats why there are kings.
