This isn't the first thing the woman has lied about. She claimed to have been injured in an explosion in Afghanistan, but Marine Corps records showed she never served there. Co-workers claim they can't believe anything she says, and that she not only lied about her military service but also lied about her home being damaged by Superstorm Sandy.

Must be a very loyal supporter of the liar-in-chief. She has learned well from him.

Insanity. Why was it not deeply questioned in the first place? "I do not approve of your lifestyle" is a very odd thing for a stranger to write on a restaurant receipt. How would anyone know the lifestyle of a female in a restaurant uniform? Was she discussing her lifestyle with the customers she was serving dinner to and if so, why? If not, logic says it makes no sense to write that on a receipt, because how would a stranger know?
It made no sense from the start, and even less sense to not question it and just start sending her boatloads of cash.
