    Know Jesus said John fulfilled the prophecy that Elijah would come again...

    was that a partial ot a full fulfillment of the OT prophecies?

    Are we still expecting "real" Elijah to one day return beforethe Second Coming of Lord?

    With the story of the Mount of Transfiguaration and Jesus talking with Moses and Elijah many hold that the two witnesses in Revelation will be Moses and Elijah.

    so you would take the "literal" view on the two witnesses in revelation being these 2? Also heard Enoch as one, as he is other man than never died...

    Just asking, as also heard some take it to be a symbolic meaning representing Israel and Church!

    I don't think that the Lord said exactly what you are supposing.
    Here is the text;
    matt 11:14 And if you are willing to receive [it], he is Elijah who is to come.
    Yes he was speaking of John, but the problem is that they did not receive it. Elijah still must come, and the answer is yes to your OP question

    The 2 witnesses are Jewish, Enoch was not Jewish. Will they be, that is what I have been taught, I believe it could be but not sonmething I would try to back up with scripture.
