    We don't actually "take up" as in pass the plate for an offering. There are boxes at the front people can drop there STUFF in.

    We still pass the plate. We view the offering as an opportunity to worship by giving.

    There is a box at the back of the meeting room - plate is not passed where I attend.

    A collection is taken up in SS but most of that goes to mission causes of the SS class. We pass the plate only in Sunday morning services but not in Sunday night or Wednesday ights.
