    A moderator has the responsibity to oversee 1 or more forums. A moderator has the ability to edit/delete posts and close/move/delete threads as necessary.

    An Administrator oversees all forums and can edit/delet posts/threads in any forum.

    Indeed, welcome and congratulations Lady Joy for becoming the newest Administrator of the Board. Couldn't happen to a nicer person. I can say that with all certainty for I have met this lady a couple of weeks ago, and she is all what she projects on the various forums - and more! We are encouraged and happy to have the work of the Baptist board in good hands. May the Lord bless you indeed, and cause you to serve Him through this medium as you already have since the inception of this site. [​IMG]

    I knew it would happen sooner or later :D
    Its not much of a surprise to see a godly lady like Joy who has always spread her witness on the BB become a admin.

    Also- Admins get a 200% pay raise and there benefits double as well.

    By a special presidential appointment, and then you have to pass a special board of inquiry, etc., etc., and of course etc. ;)
