This is what I have come to believe to over time.

God has a past. He has a future.
To God the past has gone and the future, His future, is to come.
That time itself is part of God's being and has not been created.

That the Arminian conception of a God that nips along to see what we did so that He can have mercy on those that save themselves is a nonsense as the future exists only as the Lord brings it about in the way that His plan dictates.
