    Not really true either, Why?

    Whomever becomes President of the United States, today or tomorrow morning, will be selecting the next Supreme Court Justices. The supreme court can overturn, even with Judicial precedent, the precedent is there for a guideline for all other cases, how many abortion cases have been filed since it was legalized where Roe V Wade was used as the precedent?

    I doubt any of the Republican appointees will resign under a Democrat.

    Your "Kill-O-Meter" needs to be recalibrated, your figures are way off. Don't state bull crap as a fact unless you can back it up, and don't give me plannedparenthood stats either. You know, one of the groups that helped fund Obama's campaign, you know they guy your voting for because he supports the killing of unborn babies, but wants to take more of my money feed and clothe the lazy.

    Only Stephens is 'on death's door' at 88. 7 of the 9 are Republican appointees. Ginsburg at 75 is the next oldest. She was appointed by Clinton, so she might leave under Obama.

    I heard Justice Scalai being interviewed and he basically said that Roe v. Wade will not be overturned. There have been a number of opportunities in other cases, I can't remember how many, to overturn Roe v. Wade and the court has not done so. So there is much precident for not overturning Roe v. Wade. One set of questions every candidate is ask in their hearings deals with how important precident is and none will be approved who do not state, under oath, that it is very important.

    Here is what Chief Justice Roberts said under oath .... and you can hardly call him a liberal


    Not only is Roberts conservative, but he is Roman Catholic.

    You, I, a whole bunch of people may be against abortion, but Congress cannot change the law on this issue, and the Supreme Court is very unlikely to overturn it. It is possible, but extremely unlikely.

    The fact is that christians have voted for socialism/communism, for stabbing babies in the head with scissors. And apparently according to the news they did it for greed. The most important issue for those voters was finances, everything else paled in comparison. So obama voters are 1 issue voters, greed, they bought in to redistribution of wealth, thinking they would get someone else's money and not have to work for it. Oh, anything concerning iraq was very low priority. So far as they are reporting exit polls.

    What's a shame is it seems you really believe this stuff...

    I know scare tactics and smears has been the rights way of campaigning but it's scary when you actually believe the rhetoric.

    lets see, Obama says he will lift the ban on partial birth abortion, partial birth abortion means stabbing a baby in the head with scissors. And according to you thats alright, nothing for you to bother defending those babies. humm.
    You see support in the bible thats it's ok to rip a baby apart, to stab it in the head?
    Please show where.
    Please show where what I said is not true. Partial birth abortion has nothing to do with stabbing babies in the head(?), abortion is not done by ripping babies apart(?), that the God of the bible does approve it(?). How about proof.

    He,,, has, said so. It's a known fact he opposes the ban as president that ban will not remain in place.
    I asked you for some proofs you have no supplied. biblical proof should be simple if it exists.
