What are the qualities of a Pastor's wife?

    Dr. Bob, you LOOK pretty healthy (except for that Bow Tie--we gotta talk about that...).

    You probably are going to add carpal tunnel to your medical woes, with all those posts...

    I can sympathize, though my health is still holding. My wife has the whole gamut of BP, Diabetes, colitis, etc. She could not work outside the home if I wanted her to do so.

    A leader one who leads while others follow. The Bible's definition for it in pastoral terms is a shepherd (Acts 20:28-32), who leads the flock, feeds the flock, defends the flock, and if needed, applies correction. See also 2 Tim 3:15-4:4, John 10:1-10.

    Then my wife needs to lead the women. If they are not following her ... she is following Christ, then the other women will be following her lead ...
