Do they receive Jesus due to grace of God, or do they have capability to accept/reject Him before being graced by God?

Depends on if you consider the gospel (and all that it speaks of) to be a gracious work of God or not.

Do sinners still have 'enough free will", and have inherit power of faith within them to accept/reject Jesus then?

You ask this question year after year, user name after user name. It is an intellectually dishonest question on your behalf as you know the answer as it has been given repeatedly.

Not really, as I just cannot ever seem to get a straight answer on this!

Do you hold that a sinenr has free will enough to JUST hear about jesus and make a decision to get save dby Him, or not?

Typically, in Arminianism, you turn the lights down, have the "praise team" play some soft music, give an emotional appeal, and tell the sinner "Now, just bow your head and close your eyes and repeat this canned prayer after me..."

And, voila! You've just produced a false convert!

Does the lord then grace all sinners with enough fsith to have them respond, but waits upon to see how they will respond?

Does that mean the Lord gives all sinner same opportunity to get saved, and yet he knows many will reject, but still graces them anyways to believe?

Does that make sense for a sovereign God to have salvation seem to be fully dependent upon mans free will responsing?

Both Calvinists and Arminians admit that the "Drawing of all mankind to Christ" is part of what is provided to lost mankind by the Grace of God.

    Nothing new there.

Where they differ is that Arminians claim it is not to be downsized to the "FEW" of Matt 7 -- and it does not force all drawn to come to Christ, nor does it cause all drawn to wake up suddenly as born-again saints and then ask them to choose Christ - an order that is the opposite of Acts 2 and Romans 10.

Rather the Arminian model is "I STAND at the door and Knock - if ANYONE hears my voice AND OPENS the door I WILL come in" Rev 3.

Very different from the Calvinist model.

    in Christ,

    Bob

The "straight" answer you're wanting is the one that agrees with YOUR POV. To ask a question, and then disagree with everyone who opposes it, is intellectually dishonest, Brother. Never ask a question you think you know the answer to. You think you know the answer, ask it, and when someone disagrees with it, you confront them? You have done this ever since you've been here. Why do you REPEATEDLY do this???? :BangHead: :BangHead:

Oh, as for the OP, sinners choose Christ based solely on God's grace, through faith...

In Calvinism some external "reprogramming" -- "causes" you to do whatever you robotically do.

In the Arminian model we are humans not robots - we are 'enabled and allowed' to make this choice or that choice via some motivation be it selfish or "an appeal to God for a clean conscience". In the best cases good decisions are "motivated" by presenting compelling evidence in favor of a good choice.

Thus we leave the "robot language" behind.

    in Christ,

    Bob

Brother, it's not external reprogramming as you slanderously retort, but internal regeneration that God does for a man. External means appeal to mankind after God works internally.

Well this Calvinist doesn't believe that every single individual of the human race, past, present and future has or shall be thus drawn. It means all classes, types and people of various stations in life --not all without exception --all without disdinction.
