    "First off" the hole world should not be his concern in the since. He needs to be worried over this country & not the other Counties. Look at the shape this country has gotten into since Mr. Bush has become our President? I know that this country was attacked & we had no choice but to worry about that, & try to protect our selfs. But i feel if Mr. BUSH hadn't been maken commits this would'nt have happen in the first place. But wasn't that (BIN LADEN) that was behind the attacks in the first place, & Not Saddam? So why wasn't (BIN LADEN) the one he captured?

    Also about the OIL its so plain to see this is all hes really concerned about.

    Also How can anyone agree with the US suporting Israel & what there doing to Lebanon? I mean i know all this killing of small children can not be right in Gods eyes, or for Killing anyone, im sure God is not happy with this on either side. I mean everyone knows these Counties have been fighting since the begainning of time, & they will go on this way. So do you think the US can change this?

    So YES we need to be in constant Prayer that we servive to rid ourselfs of this President, & i pray its soon because the way hes going we might be fighting for our lives right here on the USA soil. because i know none of the middle eastern Counties are to happy with the United States right now.

    With all of this said you need to stop and think about all the innocent people that have died during this war that BUSH has started, sure many people died on 9/11 but it doesn't even begin to add up to the people that have been killed since the war began, it's middle eastern people that have been killed but it's also US soldiers so just think about that for a second who started the war that killed all these people it was none other then MR. GEORGE W. BUSH thats continuing the war. But we all know when it will (END) don't We?

    I pray that our president and his successor rid our country of the threat of terrorists foreign and domestic.

    Could my country have done better at times - yes. But that does not change the fact that we were attacked without warning and without provocation. Cold blooded murderers attacked my people and our way of life.

    We are at war.

    If you want to support the enemy feel free to leave.



    Yes, we do. When the evil muslim terrorists are buried each and every one.

    Unfortunately, this country cannot remove itself from the whole world. The president of the United States, no matter who it might be, is interacting with the whole world. Support for Israel has been American policy since 1947 and the multiple invasions of Israel since then.

    Your dislike for President Bush should be channeled into action, as Genesis12 suggested. Writing on the board only provides the opportunity to vent your frustration. Especially since President Bush will soon be out of office. Start now selecting your choice for replacement and work toward that campaign.

    Who do you see as his replacement? What is that person's view on the War on Terror? What is that person's view on the war in Iraq? What is that person's view on Israel? What is that person's view on Iran's nuclear project?

    Actually, things look pretty good.

    The economy is fairly humming along. Unemployment is almost nonexistent. Inflation is almost zero. Interest rates are decent. Home ownership has exploded.

    There are always problems to address, but on the whole, this country is in great shape.

    What country do you live in?

    You make my point so well, Vera. So very, very well. You wear your tunnel vision proudly.

    I pray that you will pray 24/7/365 for a pro-life, pro-one man one woman marriage, pro-no stem cell research with aborted babies, pro-prayer across this nation, whether in my home, in a public park, in the middle of the street, inside a school building... in other words, on every last inch of our soil. I pray that you will pray for freedom from child abuse & pornography, internet pornagraphy, the amorality of TV, and for a moral Supreme Court and Congress, and for our next President to be one whose first love is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, one who celebrates one nation under God indivisible, one who recognizes that we have only one life, it too shall pass, and that only what is done for Christ will last. I pray that all of God's children will pray these prayers. (And I note in passing that these prayers leave the Mormon, Romney, out of any and all consideration. He flunks the test.)

    According to Bush this is a never ending war. According to all his major advisors our enemy is anyone who disputes America's position as the new Roman Empire, conquerorer of the world. In a news conference two days ago Bush said that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. Then why did we leave a legitimate battle in Afghanastan to fight Iraq? Because Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield, and particularly Wolfowitz wanted to conquor Iraq and seize the oilfields.

    True. But even the Democrats aren't dumb enough to repeat the fiasco of the Clinton impeachment. The American people know when politicians put ambition above the public good, and they can be ruthless.

    A lot of certified Clinton haters are in the diumpster of history, over that one.

    The intel was wrong on the WMDs but the situation with Saddam Hussein was undeniably a ticking time bomb.

    Jimmy Carter was so popular that he was humiliated at the polls in November 1980.

    That is another very silly statement in this thread.

    1) If that was the reason for the war, then our military would be doing a whole lot more than it is to protect the pipelines that the terrorists keep blowing up in Iraq.

    2) Iraq is receiving the money for what oil is being sold. That oil money is not lining the pockets of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, or Wolfowitz.
