Not to burst your bubbles... My husband has his Engineering Degree in Broadcast and a First Class FCC license. Our son in law is the evening D.J. in Portland, Maine. There is NO money in broadcast unless you are the top guy in the top station. My husband left the industry years ago and our son in law works long hours, does remotes, voice overs, etc. to barely support his family. Everytime the station sells they bring in people from other stations and a lot of people lose their positions.

Awesome.... I think I'de like to go into the business world...Investing, and things like that...

Oh Diane, I don't think that "eagleswings" would go into broadcasting for the money...I know her pretty well and from what I've seen, she wants to glorify God with her life and do what He wants her to do regardless if there is a lot of money involved or not. (Just a little tip from a friend of hers)

That's exactly right! I just want to be able to tell people about God. I'm hoping my husband-to be will be able to support me money wise. I just want to share what I love and that's God!

While it's a good idea to consider realities when dreaming ahead, I would hope that every young person feels the freedom to think of future options as WIDE open. If a goal is worth imagining, it is worth the pursuit.

PS: God continually amazes me each day as He answers my dreams, one at a time, at His time.
