    I THINK THAT FOR MOST OF THE PEOPLE IN TAIWAN<A PRETTY SUBSTANTIAL
    MARGIN FALLS SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE<AND IT'll REMAIN THAT WAY FOR SOME TIME.

    Sure the context matters. If you are serious about wanting an answer and are not just wanting to knock Fred Thompson then please provide the context surrounding the quote.
