    What has the Lord been teaching you lately on Evangelism?

    Or what are lessons you have learned in the past where you have seen others led to the Lord?

    That I need to do a better job of teaching my church people to witness!

    That if no one seems to be listening to the Gospel where I am, maybe they are in a different place.

    That I don't know what will happen to the seed I plant--so just keep planting!

    That the responsibility for the effectiveness is on the shoulders of God and not me. I do not have to get them to listen. Just preach the word clearly and leave the results to God.

    That it is my job to convey and God's job to convict.

    It is sooooo much easier when I don't try to do God's job.

    The most important thing is not trying to accuse people, because it is the Holy Spirit`s work (John 16:8),
    just to tell that there is no perfect people and Rom 3:23; 6:23 or explain that.
    First we should to show that God is love (John 3:16)
