There is a well kept secret in the Baptist Churches in the USA. You probably have Masons that are sunday school teaches, deacons and maybe even the Pastor is one! It is important to know that freemasonry is a religion that contradicts the teachings of Jesus Christ! And you may ask how and why? The reasons are:
    1. members meet in a temple, 2. religious instructions are provide in the temple, 3. the lodge has a altar, 4. it contains essential masonic doctrines, 5. Has a VSL(volume of sacred laws), not necessarily a Bible, 6. conducts prayer in the Lodge, 7. worship a Supreme Being(G.A.O.T.U.), 8. There is a masonic baptism, 9. Believes in the immortality of the soul and 10. It has a plan of salvation by works. A person cannot be both a Christian and a Mason. He can not worship two gods. I encourage you to study about freemasonry through websites such as Ex-Masons for Jesus and the Order of Former Freemasons(OFF). Beware of Satan's deception!
