I can truly say there are many being a song leader but the one that has touched in my heart and soul the most is Amazing Grace!... Not only the song but also the story behind it... Brother Glen

In Christ Alone by Keith and Kristyn Getty. Seriously, I could sing it by myself in the car or with everyone in church and I still will absolutely cry by the time we finish the song!

There are many hymns that bring me to tears. The Old Rugged Cross gets me everytime. My mom used to sing that. She had such a beautiful voice and when she sang hymns she put everything into it. It was so moving. Listening to her sing would give me chills. I miss her so much.

One of the best churches I was a member of was Zweibruecken Baptist (later re-named) First Baptist, Contwig-Zweibruecken), in Germany. I saw so many wonderful blessings there. Our pastor was Rev Ralph L. Blair.
Just about every Sunday night we would close out the evening service with Sweet, Sweet Spirt

Every time I hear that song, I think about ZBC

I thought we were primarily discussing Christian songs, hymns etc.
Nevertheless,I like that Red Foley song. I have it memorized. Do you know it that well? Years ago, at a teachers conference in S.K. On a break, I started that song impromptu and an Australian man joined in. He knew all the words too and even more importantly stayed in tune.We had a good duet.I learned it from the Elvis version.

"Who Am I" by Casting Crowns

Just thinking about the lyrics gets me.

10000 reasons by Matt Redman does too, but to a lesser extent.

    Hymns
Rock of Ages, especially the last verse

When I draw this fleeting breath,
When mine eyelids close in death,
As I soar to worlds unknown,
See thee on thy judgement throne,
Rock of Ages cleft for me, let me hide myself in thee.

This is one verse I desire to sing just before I breath my last.
