What words drive you crazy?

    These are all work related:

    1. "I am from the FAA, and I am here to help."

    2. "The plane is broken."

    3. "Below minimums." (Weather requirements)

    4. "Diversion." (Usually follows number 3)

    5. "Customs is running late."

    6. Any sentence with the word audit in it.

    7. "Unexpected additional passenger."

    8. And the all time best one that I have heard: "Something bad happened".

    I did like my profession. Especially now that it appears that my run has ended.

    T'other day, I found out customs is running late because of an unexpected additional passenger. The they came to do an audit, and the guy said, "I am from the FAA and I'm here to help". Apparently there was going to be diversions because the plane is broken because maintance on it was below minimums. Apparently, something bad happened....
