    Back to the OP:
    IF God gave me 8 babies at once I would need lots of support from family and friends, especially for the first couple of years. I cannot see how one mother could possibly manage so many babies on her own without developing physical and mental health problems from the lack of sleep and care for her own self.

    Children are a gift from God. Under the circumstances of an established marriage I don't see how anyone could turn down such a gift.
    Now the circumstances of the woman who had the eight additional children along with the six she already has and all of this without a desire to have an established marriage, I do wonder what is going on in that woman's head.
    Despite the circumstances of this woman I do hope that God has his way in this matter.
