I'm bored with the BB topics right now, so am starting a new poll.

What do you like to eat or usually eat for breakfast?

You can choose more than one answer but please try not to choose too many. Stick to what you usually have for breakfast now.

    A great breakfast?

    Scrambled eggs or over easy.

    Toast and sausage gravy

    Orange Juice

Grits with sugar to pour on.

    A few slices of bacon

    three patties of sausage

    sausage links.

if I have room, pancakes with strawberries, whipped topping and maple syrup.

But, what I usually have for breakfast?

If I cook, nothing unless I walk in to it.

I vary my breakfasts a LOT. My choices:

Slimfast drink if I'm in a hurry

Cereal (Special K, Raisin Bran, Corn Pops, Mini Wheats, Sugar Smacks)

Oatmeal (either apple cinnamon instant with a packet of regular added in - so 2 packets but only one flavored - or regular oatmeal microwaved)

Eggs - 2 fried eggs rarely, 2 soft boiled eggs cut up in a cup with toast torn up or scrambled

    Toasted muffin with butter

Bagel with butter or light veggie cream cheese

English muffin with butter and homemade jam

    Farina with brown sugar

I'm a moody kind of breakfast eater. LOL

Usually 1 egg, scrambled or poached, maybe a toast, lightly buttered, and sometimes 1 or 2 turkey bacon or turkey sausage. Today I had grits with eggs.
But I also might have special K with red berries, or shredded wheat, with fruit if I have any.
Maybe oatmeal, sometimes instant, I found my favorite flavor sugar free, maple and brown sugar.

    I rarely eat breakfast.

On an average day when I have to go to work, I will wake up at 4:30 AM, get ready, & be at work at 5:30 AM. I work a split shift. I'm out at 9:30 AM. I'll generally go home & fix my first meal of the day. That'll be whatever I'm in the mood for. Then I usually take a nap & go back into work at 2:00 PM & stay until 6:00 PM. When I get home then I'll fix dinner. Again, its whatever I'm in the mood for.

Usually 2 eggs [over-easy], sausage links, and dry rye toast. Sometimes I'll add hash brown potatoes.

I had a banana w/peanut butter today, and of course, my usual fat free chocolate milk.
I would've much rather had a cheese omelet!

I'm usually up until at least 3 AM and often later, and I am rarely up early enough for breakfast. When I am, I just make an egg sandwich with two eggs, yokes broken, with cinnamon and what is called Mrs. Dash Table Blend, which is a lot of different spices mixed together but no salt. I use Miracle Whip salad dressing, because as the commercial used to say, "A sandwich isn't a sandwich with the tangy taste of Miracle Whip."

I don't usually eat "breakfast" until 11 a.m. or later but I still call it breakfast (I don't eat lunch). I usually have toast with butter and something called nutritional yeast (not Brewers yeast, and you have to buy it at a health food store) on it. Sometimes I use peanut butter or jam.

If I eat out, I usually get a fried egg sandwich or cheese omelette, but I rarely fix eggs at home.

I don't eat cold cereal because I don't like milk.
