What's Wrong with "Mother of God?"

    Thank you. While I appreciate everyone who bothered to answer, this answer is the best and the only one that makes sense.

    Well as far as stained glass windows go, the Baptist church that I attend has a stained glass window. The one in the front is much like my avatar. Every Baptist I know puts out statues during Christmas called a nativity scene. It seems to me the commandment is about idol worship and not about creating works of art.

    I will make one point about the images and leave it. Just because a Baptist church does it also does not mean it is not sin.
