When will we have put on everything that is inclusive of being a saved person? When will we possess everything we shall possess pertaining to the salvation of a child of God?

    I look forward to answers.

We are saved inwardly at the very moment that salvation takes place. Our physical body will be given a new gloroius look when He comes to gather His children. Does this answer you questions?

So I guess I can assume that at this moment in the twinkling of an eye we will then be totally saved?

Or as Paul states it; then (At that very moment) shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where thy sting? O (Hades)grave, where thy victory?

Would it be fair to say also that at this very moment the church that Jesus built will be resurrected from death, (Hades) grave thus fulfilling what Jesus said, "and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."???

We are all b orn into this world by natural birth as natural beings without any righteousness until God quickens his elect to a spiritual life.

Salvation of God's elect was accomplished by Christ on the cross.

And he is the propitiation (mercy seat or place of mercy) for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.

Safely assuming the our are the elect, just what are they elected for?

God elected a people before the foundation of the world, Eph 1, so that he would have a people that would honour and worship him. Had he not elected a people, none would have sought God, 1 Cor 2:14. & Ps 53:2-3. 1 John 2:2, The "OUR" sins are including himself and the children, verse 1, that he is writing to. He also is telling them not for our sins only but for the sins of the whole world of God's elect. The world spoken of here is the world of believers only according to Thayer's Greek interpretation, also the same for the word "world" in the following scriptures, John 1:29, 3:16, 3:17, 6:33, 12:47, 1 Cor 4:9, 2 Cor 5:19.

What are they elected for? Election carries with it salvation for without salvation they would be dead and could serve no purpose. What is their purpose?

Acts 15:14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. Why?

17 That the residue of men might seek after the Lord and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.

Joel 2:32 And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

They are elected out of the nations for a purpose. Being called now is only the spring harvest, the feast of firstfruits of the Spirit. There will be another harvest in the fall.

    The feast of firstfruits now
The feast of trumpets return of Jesus
    Day of atonement Satan bound
feast of ingathering, tabernacles kingdom of God those called are ruling with Christ as kings and priests. Priests are teachers. That the residue of men might seek

God does not need man's help to save him eternally. Dan 4:35, Isa 50:2.

Salvation is a deliverance, either eternal or timely. You must understand what the scriptures say a person is being delivered from. Most of the time it will be a timely salvation, of which people will mistakenly apply to eternal.
