..... the politically correct, far let, peaceniks, and liberals will finally know they were wrong about those of us who opposed this Ground Zero Mosque, and the gradual take over of Mighigan [by Muslim Immigrants] where the warning signs that the Ismaliztion of America have gained its toethold.

However, by the time we see that those Christian Conservatives were right, it will be too late, because Sharia's law will limit any kind of free speech.

It can happen.... but the day when we watch and observe the Muslims dancing in the streets of DC will mean it's way to late to stop them.

Look to Europe, and see their current problems with the growth of Islam. In 50 years, or less, Islam will rule the world with hardly a shot fired in opposition. Furthermore, Obama may be seen as the hero who led the way for Islam to possess our lands.

Just a thought of what could be if we continue to sit in the pot of cold water a top of the Muslim stove, with the burned on medium low.

Shalom, or should I say, "Aalah Akbar!"

You are so melodramatic. Two of the biggest differences between you and Beck or Limbaugh is they know it isn't true, and they are getting rich off the simpleminded!

What is the "flag of Islam"?

I disagree with your paranoia on this issue, Pastor Paul. The fastest growing group in this country is Hispanics and they tend to be Catholic, not Muslim.

I guess standing up for freedom of religion is liberal. BTW, the "Ground Zero Mosque" is actually a community center with a mosque included and is not being built at Ground Zero.

    Right... I'm sure there's a conspiracy. /sarcasm

    Are you advocating violence?

What does Obama have to do with anything?

I am a conservative (more independent). Don't like Beck, O'Reilly, or Hannity. I think Obama has taken our country down a very wrong path, and the only way I see of turning it around is if much of the legislation he has signed is overturned before it actually goes into effect.

That said, I have to remind folks of the following:

I do not think we can say what the muslim center is or will be for the spokeswoman either lies or changes her mind.

Some time ago she said this was definitely not a mosque, there would be no mosque only a small prayer room.

A few days later the little prayer room was said to have accomadated 2000.

Today they mentioned a mosque would be involved.

There is serious question as to the funding of the place as well as some of the background leadership.

As to muslim law, a judge back east quoted it in his ruling against a wife that had been raped and abused by her husband. He declared that a muslim wife could not refuse her husband.

Thankfully an appeal court overturned it but WE AIN'T SEEN NUTTIN YET folks if things do not change.

    Few Believed Jeremiah.... either!

... Jeremiah was called the "weeping prophet" because he was sent to warn Israel of the coming judgement and eventual enslavement of the people

No one chose to believe him, in fact, they called him a fear monger. No one believed Noah would ever get his boat to the ocean/lake in time to sail it around on a sunny afternoon.

Call me names, but, never say you were not warned of the dangers of this region and the eventual impact it could have on Christianity and freedom in this country and around the world.

I'm sure, 20 years ago, no one thought that Islam would have a ruling toehold across Europe. However, Islam is growing at alarming rates, and the governments of France, England, Germany, Sweden, and others are at a loss for words and subsequent action needed to stop it. There are presently 52 million Muslims in Europe, and by 2026 that number is projected to be doubled. By 2050, 20% of Europe will be Muslim. As for Mexicans, they are converting from Catholicism to Muslim at alarming rates, too!

Sharia's law is already being integrated into local jurisdictions across those Europen countries. And who can forget the four missionaries arrested in Michigan for handing out Christian tracts at an Arab festival?

You call me paranoid; I say I am one of many trying to warn of the coming menace to Christianity and the very foundations of freedom in this country.

    Shalom,

"I'm sure, 20 years ago, no one thought that Islam would have a ruling toehold across Europe."

Time or Newsweek had an issue with several articles - 30 years or so ago - telling America that the Muslims were spending millions (back then, who knows how much these days) in spreading Islam across the world. They are doing what they set out to do.

Back in the late 70's I believe, either 60 minutes or 20/20, I don't recall which but think it was 60 minutes did a piece on Muslims schools in Northern Va. and some where and in Ka.

They went on to say how anti the USA these schools were and what hate they were teaching. This was grade and high school levels. Hate for this country was being taught.

If I recall correctly one of the Muslims pointed out, that Christians couldn't do this in Saudi Arabia or other Muslim countries. I believe he pointed out their biggest support in this country came from the new media and liberal seminary professors and liberal preachers.

They said they would take over this country and Europe because most do not have a religion they believe in and most Christians preachers and professors don't even believe the Bible or much about Jesus. Said as long as your teachers and clergy aren't in accord on your religion how are the ones who go to your churches be in accord on their belief?

The money for these two schools came from Saudi Arabia.

    Pastor Paul,

I have read Jeremiah. I have read about The Flood. Shame on you for comparing yourself to such great stalwarts of Biblical faith as Jeremiah and Noah.

The one big difference is that God spoke to these men and told them what do say and what to do. Are you saying that God spoke to you in like manner?

    Never Compared....

I just said that I was one of the "many" trying to warn of the coming menace to Christianity.

However, I will not deny that God does speak to me, does He not speak to you??? As a pastor, if I don't hear from God, then how can I provide messages to the church. I have to depend upon my inner ability to pray and hear from God, as well as be moved by the Holy Spirit in order to shepherd His flock.

There are those who hear from Him, and those who lean on intellect. I trust my gift to speak on His behalf, when I preach, and most of that is an inspiration, not perspiration.

As for the material to warn of the coming problems by the Muslims, I'd have to say that either you are blind, deaf, or both. To warn
the church and the nation of what is coming takes a little connection with God, and a lot of abilities to read, watch, and listen to the media, and piece together the puzzle that paints the picture of the coming menace in the nation of Islam.

From where to you gather your inspiration, Ken??? Intellect, or inspiration??? If you consider yourself a voice of the people, you must get some sort of spiritual inspiration into those songs you write. If you do that makes you know different than me.

And to my brother at EWF. I've never attended a militia camp. Did you????

    1) I'm no voice for any people.

    2) I've never written a song in my life.

    Sorry...

I mistook you for another "Ken" on line that does Christian radio and ministers in music.

And for your info, Followers of Christ are His voice. At least I am, and yes, I have heard His voice on numerous occasions, and it has always been a blessing and honor to be led by Him. I don't believe a Child of God hasn't at one time or another, heard His voice.

When a person is saved, it is only because they heard His voice [through the Holy Ghost]. And His voice convicted them of their sin [now, maybe His voice came through the person you were sitting under during that moment of meeting Christ, but I can assure you that it was His voice who called you unto forgiveness and His grace]. :jesus:

Again, forgive me for mixing you up with another "Ken." :praying:

I am really not worried. God's Kingdom is the only one that will not fail. We serve a higher throne.

It's nearly laughable to say that Islam is a threat to Christianity. It may have an effect on how we comfortable, easily offended American Christians live. We might have to, I don't know, interact with different people and reach them with the love of Christ. They might even be mean to us.

    Very well said, Jaigner.

    Love thy neighbor as thyself
    Love them that persecutes you
How many times to forgive? Seven times Seventy (or infinately, really)

We are told to pray w/o ceasing.
How many of your prayers are for the salvation of muslims everywhere,
including those that want this mosque, and those that are proven terrorists?

Here lately, I just don't see much lovingkindness from the Christians in this world. It's all about 'us vs them', and how to stop them. How about converting them, and bringing them to Christ, as we should be doing.

I'm not saying turn a blind eye to threatening behavior, but are these or these not the 'lost sheep' we're supposed to be trying to find? Seems most
would rather let them stay lost.

Excellent point. We seem to be so concerned that our faith might eventually discomfort us. Opposition is how the church normally lives and it is where we thrive.

Again, thank you. Another Christian response to the 'threat of Islam.'
