Where is he now, after his execution? What is he aware of? Is he regretful? Is he proud of his life? Has he met allah? Has he met Christ?

No. Not if you believe the Bible.

He is a muslim, a non believer in the divinity of Christ, and his soul has surely been consigned to everlasting hell.

    Good thought!

My wife, oldest daughter and I discussed this. He is in Hell and as an unregenerated murderer, liar etc... I am glad he is there as such.

I wish he would have found Jesus as Savior in faith, though. I would love to have seen him changed (1 Corinthians 6:9-11) and in Heaven forever!

I am sorry he is in Hell at any rate, but I must not dwell on this, for God is HOLY, HOLY, HOLY and "He doeth all things well".

    Hell (Rev 21:8)

"In Hades he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far away and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried out and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame" -Luke 16:23-24

Saddam, at this very second, is aware of his personal torment, of his sinful condition, of his thirst, and of being in flames. He is also aware of his friends/family that remain on earth and the fact that they also are heading to the same place (Lk 16:27-28). The future for him is to be raised, judged, and thrown into the lake of fire where he will burn for all eternity (Rev 20:11-15, 21:8).

I don't know. Maybe, maybe not. The rich man sure was if that is any indication.

    I doubt it.

    No.

While I believe he now knows that Jesus Christ is Lord and God I really doubt he has met Christ yet. He will, however, stand before Christ one day and be judged by Him. Saddam, like all of the lost, will one day confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. (Phil 2:9-11, Is 45:23, Rev 20:11-15).

Keep this in mind, he didn't go to hell because he was a muslim or because he loved allah. He didn't go to hell because of the people he killed or because he lived so well as king of Iraq. He went to hell because he never accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. I believe that is the message he wants to relay to "his friends/family that remain on earth"

Saddam Hussein is more than likely in hell. He was unrepetant and defiant to the end. His last words were "God is great. The nation will be victorious and Palestine is Arab."

Agreed, the illustration in Luke 16 of the guy talking to Abraham across the gulf, confirms your friends/family concept.

I don't think hell has been established yet, perhaps this was sheol.

What a stupid subject for a thread. It is lacking in intelligence, reason and most of all....compassion.

    Eze 33:11
Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
