You appear to be somewhat conflicted in your beliefs and in your use of Scripture!

In your post #292 you state:

Titus 3:4,5 [I assune the NASB]
    4. But when the kindness of God our Savior and {His} love for mankind appeared,
    5. He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,

”God saves us by the washing of regeneration and the renewing by the Holy Spirit this is a fact of God's word and this is the only place this word is used in conjunction with salvation.”

Yet in your post # 298 you state:

“The doctrine that teaches regeneration comes before faith is a false doctrine. It is not found in the Bible anywhere at all.”

I assume that the passage from Titus is considered Scripture. It is in the Bible. But hang in there.

No, he is absolutely doctrinally and thus 'biblcially' correct on this. The passage of Titus does not state 'in conjunction with savlation' as you say. In order for it to make such a claim we must add to scritpure. No where in the text does it state 'in conjunction with' or even allude to such an idea. It states 'He saved us by..' not in conjunction with.

Regeneration IS salvation, at least according to scripture, at least in Titus where the word is actually used. In fact the actaul word itself is only used in 1 of 2 places in scripture.

I liken regeneration to that of being a new creation at the instant one receives eternal life through faith alone in Christ. With that being born again, indwelling of the Holy Spirit, made spiritually alive, passed from death to life..etc
