This is one of the most prepostrous "arguments" I've ever heard.

You've gone from me being against a politition who's for torture of our prisioners of war and who's previous company, Halliburton, has "won" numerous unbid contracts to me acting like a Muslim! I'll agree from personal experience that a Democrat's Christianity is often questioned by the modern-day Pharasees but I never thought it would come to this.

Maybe you need to ask yourself how much you have in common with the Pharasees of Jesus' day.

I predict we'll have a globalist POTUS followed by another and another and another for as long as people will put up with this country being sold and traded out from underneath us bit by bit and our children are all sold too or stolen by the NWO these politicians represent.

Condi doesn't want to be POTUS. She wants to be COTNFL (Commissioner of the National Football League). She is on record as saying this.

Seems like I remember hearing something about the Republicans restoring dignity and honesty to government just a few years ago.

Oh well, at least it sounded good.
</font>
The Bush administration has done just that. All america knows that when the President says something, it is the truth, to the best of his knowlege. Gone, at least for now are the debauchery and misdeeds of the Clintons, and most other Democrats that have occupied the White House in recent years.

If you want to bear false witness against GWB, saying he lied and people died or some similar leftist rant, it is to your detriment.

Oh well, at least it sounded good.
</font>
By what measure do you say this hasn't been done?

Dems are out demagoguing the "Bush lied about WMD's line..." but two expensive investigations as well as countless media attempts have not found anything other than the Bush believed the same erroneous intelligence that Reid, Bill, Hillary, Kerry, and Gore did. IOW's, everyone in a position to put their hands on the intelligence Bush used to justify the war agreed that Saddam was a threat. In fact, the Dems often used stronger rhetoric than Bush. He might have suggested Saddam was an immediate or imminent threat... some Dems actually said it on the floor of the Senate.

Think about it. How stupid would the whole Bush Admin have to be to think that they could claim WMD's without being held accountable if they weren't found?

Bush did the only responsible thing a leader could do. The information told him that there was danger and he acted decisively to defend the country. He had no other options. If the information had been correct, our world today would be made up of Saddam and allies holding the world hostage.

As far as scandals are concerned, we so far have unsubstantiated charges against Cheney and specious charges against Libby. The facts suggest that if Libby really did out Plame... he wasn't in violation of the law. She hadn't been on a foreign mission in over 5 years and her husband had already broadcast her true employer. That's why Fitzgerald's witchhunt ended with vague accusations of perjury.

Where is the evidence that Bush has done anything on par with allowing Loral to send missile guidance to China while having scandalous fundraising with Chinese emissaries in the US? Where is the adultery? Political firing of the travel office for nepotistic reasons? Perjury by the President? Attempted rape of a female visitor?

When did Bush keep 500 FBI files on political enemies illegally? When did Bush send someone like Berger in to steal documents? When did Bush pardon criminals to repay political favors?... some of whom have already broken the law again.

One of Bush's problems if you want to call it that is that he is honest... and honestly believes that what he is doing is right. He may be wrong, he may be blind, but he shows little if any sign of being deceptive.

His worst failing has been his failure to communicate. People will follow good leadership but they have to see the vision. Reagan did the vision thing well. GWB regretably doesn't.

The same info that the President had was the same info that the President was passing out to the Senate. What other source did the Senate have privledge to other than what was being passed down to them by the President. This is how the American people were repaid for their trust in a President. Ultimately President Bush will have to step up to the plate and accept responsibility for not weighing out the evidence as thoroughly as he should have. If George Bush says we all worship the same God/god that Muslims do based on his findings should we accept that because that is the prossesed info that he is getting and after all we have become priviliged to the same info that the President has even though their is evidence contrary to that what is being put forth which he doesn't put out .
The World according to Bush is something we shouldn't be so eager to grasp without questions.

According to the Silberman-Robb commission, intelligence that Pres Bush possessed was even more certain that Saddam had WMD than what he passed along to Congress. I fail to see how he has been untrustworthy. And I seriously doubt that you, or Democratic senators ever "eagerly grasped the world according to Bush without question". They read the available evidence and came to the same conclusion that Bush did.

I get a big laugh at this thread. Let's have a look....

Bill Clinton - Impeached, disbarred.
Barney Frank - Gay prostitution ring run out of his basement.
Gerry Studds - Caught paying a 16 year old male for sex.
Robert Byrd - High ranking ex-clansman.
Ted Kennedy - Secretary killer.

Just off the top o' my head.

Sandy Berger - Document shredder.
Gary Condit - Dems are SILENT while his girlfriend is still dead.
Daniel David Rostenkowski - Indicted on 17 felony charges, pleads guilty to two.
Melvin Reynolds - Behind bars.
John Murtha, Jr - Named a co-conspirator in the Abscam sting
James C. Green - Tax evader.
Neil Goldschmidt - Likes 'em young...real young.
Marion Barry - 'nuff said.

Which republican is next....lol.

Taking apart perhaps the finest executive branch the nation has ever had would be stupid on the face of it and foolhardy considering the political capitol it would provide the Communists in Congress.

The title of this thread should read

"Which Republican leaders are next"

Ralph Reed is next

ripping off the indians and doing a judas number
on them has ensnared some republican leaders.

Abramoff and Scanlon have more tales to tell imho.

If anyone ever looked the part of the anti-christ
it is Ralph Reed...the pretty boy is going down
but then again he may have powers to stay below
the radar...really below.

Senator Rick Santorum from Pennsylvania will be seeing if his wings can make him fly. A good Christan man who does not like abortion. This will not set too well with many American women and those who are liberal or amoral.
