    I like the principle: Every member of the church - a missionary to friends and neighbors.

    All of these are good, but I think the best tool is word-of-mouth - Believers telling others where they can find Living Water.

    Every Sunday I encourage our folks to go and tell someone what Jesus has done for them. It's amazing - as they go and tell, we find that new folks are coming to hear!

    I voted for "I depends...." We use all of the choices (apart from television advertising, which would be far too expensive)
