When I first joined my church, they used the Good News Bible. A year later, they switched to the NIV. Our pew Bibles are currently in the ESV.

Which translation are your church's pew Bibles?

Our pew Bibles are NKJV, but our church predominately uses the NIV for preaching and teaching.

KJVs. The pastor uses the NASB, and the passage is usually projected on the screen while he reads it.

NIV - I wish they preached from it, too. Can't get their King James away from them.

Don't have "pew Bibles" but the ones that we have for giveaway and for visitors to use are NIRV. The deaf here love it as it is (mostly) translated in a way they can understand.

No pews, want a bible - bring your own.

Visitor are encouraged to grab (and keep) a welcome pack containing a paperback NIV.

We generally preach from an NAS but it varies.

We don't have pew bibles. Some of the old timers leave a bible in the pew where they sit so that they don't have to try to remember to bring one in. Most of those are KJV, but there are quire a few NASB, NIV, and NKJV among them. The ESV is beginning to show up more and more as that is what our pastor preaches from. ;)
