White house attacks Fox news: Stupid!

    I see that Obama the Magnificent is taking a page out of the Venezuelan thug Hugo Chavez's playbook...demonize all media who disagree.

    How long before Fox is censored?

    An interesting sidebar: chronically cranial-retitis-afflicted Keith Olbermann claims MSNBC is "Number One." Now that's funny. But I heard both of his listeners strongly agreed.

    Back on a serious note...this could get really ugly. I forecast the next salvo will be that the White House basically locks Fox out of the building. Of course, right now, they don't get interviews (the reason: they had the audacity to "fact-check" one of Obama's paid liars-- SOURCE. Keep in mind...Obama the Mighty wasn't mad that the fact-checking was wrong...He was mad that Fox fact-checked at all! So now, Obama the Powerful doesn't want journalists to do journalism. No wonder he loves MSNBC. There are more non-journalists there than pretty much anywhere else!

    BTW...it was shown that the interviewee was lying...but don't they all? That's a prerequisite to work for this administration!

    This is gonna get ugly.

    This is all about health Care Reform. The President is losing the battle on this and he is now taking the offensive. Yet another unPresidential moment by this admin.

    As much as I would like to agree with you on this I am hesitant only because I have yet to see any evidence of this. Have you seen any fallout yet?

    Not really, except from a few articles from various sources in various countries, nothing I can document.

    The general gut feeling I am getting is that he is looking to the world like a petty dictator with this kind of action.

    Major world leaders can't get away with perceived censorship, IMHO. He has already lost massive amount of support in Europe and this is adding to it.

    Just an opinion, and we all know what they are worth.

    I do hope this is true but I wish it was not necessary to see him this way.

    Wow. To hear the libbies in the States you would think the opposite is true. Petty dictator is an apt description of his behavior. And it is a shame.

    His attacks are strikingly similar to those of the Nixon Administration, though.

    But the media weren't the lapdog of the WH then. Big difference!!

    But even then did Nixon zero in on a particular foe, or just the MSM in general?? Again, big difference.
