    Perception is reality in politics.

    If I heard correctly the actual delegates won't be decided upon until the end of April.

    I heard these results on the way home from the Wake Forest game. What kind of win is this?

    I get the percentage and you take the extra delegate?

    And apparently there are more of the democratic conventions set up this way. It will be interesting. It may be very tight.

    I suppose the prinicpal is the same as the Electoral College. Instead of a candidate only campaiging in Reno and Las Vegas (with the larger population), they need to campaing the entire state

    I figure that both races will be all over but for the shouting after the February 5th results are in.
