    Who do I trust?

The only candidate whose history proves his LOVE for the United States of America...John McCain.

I guess this partly explains Obama's popularity around the world. Less spent on defense, more money given to other nations.

See, I distrust anyone who places "love" for a nation as that high of a priority.

It also partly explains his clear lead over John McCain. Like other Americans, I am tired of spending as much on defense as the rest of the world combined. This is a Christian world view? I think not. We've had enough of the war mongers. I'm ready for a peace maker.

Yep, especially those who have declared war on the unborn. :tear:

A peacemaker is not one who can advocate the daily murder of 4,000 innocent American children in their mothers womb. If we could just hear their muffled screams as their lives are violently taken it would make this nation fall to its knees and beg God for forgiveness.

I never said anything about being high on his priority list. Clearly that is absolutely essential.

What I distrust immensely is anyone who goes around trumpeting his or her "love for our country". Every country has its strong and weak points, and it is this that should be meaningfully discussed by every Presidential candidate. Hm..

If you're a Republican your political party is responsible for abortion since it was a Republican Supreme Court which passed Roe vs. Wade. Get over it. You're responsible for the MURDER of all those unborn children through association with the Republican party.

Your Republican VP candidate has clearly expressed that while she personally would not abort a child she supports the right of other women to make up their own mind. She does not support having the federal government make abortion illegal but rather believes that's the right of states to do so. That's the statement of someone who is PRO-CHOICE. She also supports the right of states to secede from the union. We fought a terrible war over that but somehow she didn't get the picture how important it is to keep the union together.

I'd say the same about you. Do you ever contribute anything worthwhile?

You have had that rant of yours about Bush's service dismantled by MajorB, and you never responded. Instead, you repeat the same fantasy elsewhere. That's not being honest, and quite frankly, is not building up. It's very frustrating to engage anything you say, when you just disappear after being challenged. Remember....

"When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things" (1 Corinthians 13:11.)

Grow up. Maybe I'm wrong to publicly call for your banning, but I'm starting to think you will never engage anyone who disagrees with you in an honest manner.

    And yes.

    Obama a peace maker?

You missed your chance to elect a peace maker when Ron Paul dropped out of the race.

Obama is as much a warmonger as anyone else may be seeing as he wants to beef up Afghanistan and unilaterally go into Pakistan against their will to get Osama Bib Laden
