Who in the Church is to Hold the Pastor accountable?

    I Do Thank everyone for there input.
    I have spoke to my friend who is a Deacon at this church. He know of the man being in the list and being on probation. He didn't know about it being illegal or them being told that it was. He didn't say he would look into it but I feel it is up to him being a deacon at this church to take care of it. I did what I felt I was to do with this info.
