    You are correct. My point had no contention about the manner of enactment. My point was......we are not a republic in any form. We are a democracy....one of the lowest forms of gov't ever devised by man. There was a democracy in the garden of eden and then God took over and threw man out. Korah wanted a democracy and God had him swallowed alive into the pit.

    The wicked majority is ruling America and our day of mourning is coming.

    We are a democracy....one of the lowest forms of gov't ever devised by man.

    A democracy reguires that citizens decide the issues. We don't. We elect representatives to vote on our behalf. (The decisions that end up on the ballots are those that require a populist vote.) We are a representative democracy, which by definition is a repiblic.

    American Heritage Dictionary, def 2.a, which reads:

    A political order in which the supreme power lies in a body of citizens who are entitled to vote for officers and representatives responsible to them.
