    It does not matter how it is handled, it is handled by citizens of the United States. What the United States owes, what laws are passed in each state, how our Constitution works, is none of your concern.

    Pay attention to your own country. I do not care one iota what Israel does, how their government works, their internal affairs, or their fate.
