Because children aren't plants?
The closest my kids get to the stuff in the picture is they sometimes have lemonade. Otherwise, neither of them drink soda pop.
I congratulate you. It is rare for a parent not to give their kids soda pop.
You are right, they are not plants. They are more important a plant and should be treated as such, nutritionally and otherwise.
My kids are allowed a soda MAYBE once a week if that. I'm not as good.
We don't drink soda or other sweet drinks.
My kids get a soft drink as a rare treat. It's usually water or milk.
But, I don't give milk to my plants ... Maybe I shouldn't give milk to my children either ...

If your plants live in a bed of dirt, why not your children?
And maybe we should give Miracle Grow to our kids....
I try to keep my Mt Dew down to one glass every two hours.
I don't take care of myself too well. I wouldn't want to be a parent.
