Why are you being so mean spirited?

So I'm judged tried and convicted? Do you all need an Independent Fundamental Baptist to give you a lecture on tolerance?

Apparently you misread. The post was from five years ago, I reposted it because I wanted it to be available for any who wanted to research the topic.

My original name was Larry you can look me up if you want.

PS: I think it's unfair how you all are trying to get this thread locked. 50 posts and out? I started the tared and the next AM its about to get locked down because people who must live on the Internet cant help but post about how silly I am for posting.

It is only being closed because it is a rehash of what has been discussed here over and over again.

    I am KJVO
    I am not-KJVO
KJVO is the only way to go
Non-KJVO is the only way to go
The KJV is the only Bible you can trust
There are many Bibles you can trust
How can you trust many Bibles?
How can you limit God to one 400 year old translation?
    etc, etc.

Then I would propose that you moderate and instruct those who post to bring something to the table that adds to the original topic or not post at all.

I hope the thread dose not get locked down, because in the last five years, I have learned some things that pertain to KJVO and this would be a good format for that.

My time for Posting is up for the day and I spent it trying to get caught up in this thread. IF its not locked down and I would like to post about some of what I have discovered in the last five years.

Language changes, so should translations, what is important is understanding the Christian Gospel message.

God does not just speak English, neither are just English speaking people being saved.

Tell you what, since your time onloine is limited how about if you post one lesson you have learned at a time for our discussion? That way we keep to a specific topic.

Example - first thread - "What I have learned about KJVO - lesson 1"

In order to keep the topic short and to the point we will place a 50 post limit on each topic. This will be waived if fruitful discussion is in place. All posts not directly related to each individual topic of discussion will be deleted.

    Looking forward to topic #1.
