    the point is that the fullness of the Kingdom is yet to come, when jesus returns and establishes it over all the earth, so then will we have paradise retored, vack to eden , but for right now...

    We are indeed to pray and ask god to heal the sick among us, but always in the will of the lord, as he can choose to use surgery, medicine, divine healing, death, or grant enduring grace, as uit fits His plans and purposes!

    IF he can get the glory from you being sick and yet productive to him, as witness to others, why heal you?

    It is more than just an interpretation. Your error is a result of a fundamental failure in biblical hermeneutics. You cannot rip passages of scripture out of their context any more than you would want someone to take your words out of context and try to make them say what you never intended. You need to quit listening to these false charismatic teachers and get yourself some study tools.

    This kind of reasoning is not Biblical Jesus came to heal...Jesus did heal...and he still wants to heal!
    As a parent myself I can not wrap my mind around the way you think! NEVER would I EVER wish sickness on my child!

    God allows us to suffer for him, so that in our weaknesses, we learn to prove and trust on Him!

    Jesus promised us trials and persucutions, hard times, but to rejoice and be of good cheer, for He has overcome!

    The Apsotles did NOThave wealth and prosperity and health, were they walking in unbelief, misunderstanding jesus?

    I see persecution and sickness different! I agree that we will suffer persecution...I do not believe we are being persecuted by our heavenly Father...it is from the world!

    NOT saying that God is persecuting his saints, but he does use sickness and trials to chaistize us, to get our attention, to corect our course!

    And also allows bad things to happen to us so that we can learn to trust him rely upon him!

    He does not directly put illness on anyone. He is not the author of evil. But he may use it in our lives for His glory.

    Doen't the bible state though that the Lord Himself sent an evil spirit to torment King saul?

    And that God himself put in their hearts those like assayria to attack and punish isreal?
