Well, when someone posts just from WND some sensationalist thing, I'll usually check it out quickly. Oftentimes, I'll find a flaw almost right away. I don't most doing the research and if I'm doing the posting of research, WND is the last thing I'd post.

Know what you mean. I always research the stories the MSCM puts out as well. I usually find numerous flaws and more than a few outright falsehoods.

Sometimes it takes time to get the real story. Sometimes months sometimes years. Most folks forget about a story by the end of the news cycle. We might not know the whole truth about Obama's life story for some time to come. One thing I'm pretty sure of, he isn't telling us the truth about alot of things.

I've learned one thing here at BB if nothing else. It's alright to argue opinions here but to argue the facts is likened to being crazy. One must work long and hard to uncover facts where as opinions can be formed easily merely by watching and listening to the TV talking corporate heads. Who have an over riding interest in keeping their corporate sponsors happy above and beyond their duty to keep us fully informed.

BTW, I have found alot of flaws in WND's reporting as well especially when it comes to their support for neocons and their endless military interventions. Their reports on this issue might even be called cheerleading instead of journalism. But, Even if WND has got everything else wrong on the "birther" issue the fact remains Obama in not eligible to hold the office of POTUS because he does not qualify as an Article II natural born citizen and he never did.

The law is the law. Of course now a days we place men above the law and consider it normal. Maybe that's why our republican form of government is crashing down around us while we fiddle away the hours trying to convince ourselves that what's happening isn't really happening.

Yep - That's why, unless I see it myself, I really wonder about the story. :)

@OP; What does David Cloud have to do with this? You had me thinking he wrote the article (Never knew him to be connected with WND). Though the general thrust does sound like something he and other old-line fundy modern culture critics would write. The "rebellion" of the youth is never caused by any evil of the parents (unless it's the parents not being strict enough; never from them being too strict).

WND is just another source. No better nor worse than ABCNBCCBSCNNFOXMSNBCCNBC, etc.

They sometimes spin the news to suit them, and do it in a spectacular fashion. The others may be more subtle, but just as dishonest and just as persistent.

The advantage to visiting WND on occasion, or pajama media for that matter, is that they will at times report things none of the alphabet media does. The arrogance of the corrupt old media still leads them to try to decide what we need to know and what we don't.

I don't put much trust in any of them when politics are involved.

I agree but the comparison to the Enquirer is over the top.

The Enquirer broke the Monica Lewinski story, the Gary Hart story, the John Edwards story, and all three turned out to be true. That's almost as good as W.N.D..

The Enquirer is awesome. Freedom of the press. Not freedom FROM the press.
