Why weren't we told the truth about 9/11?

    It was secondary explosions that made the WTC towers collapse, not just the impact from the airplanes. Of course then the question is who planted those explosives. That's part of my question about what is the real truth.

    The government conspiracy theory was not only a joke, a real joke, but also a lie and a coverup. BTW, I lived in NJ about 50 miles south of NYC. I could see the WTC from a park near my home.

    Secondary explosions do not prove planted bombs. In situations like that explosions can be cause by a great number of things.

    The article you provided a link to actually illustrates my point. Issues were raised about conspirators and a woman committing suicide because she seemed to be a part of the conspiracy. My question is:

    Were any of these people, or for that matter anyone else, ever brought to an open trial (not the kangaroo courts in Guantanamo)? Has anyone been sentenced and sent to prision because of their involvement in the 9/11 attacks?

    On eye witnesses, have you ever seen a police report on eye witnesses to a bank robbery? They had 5 robbers with 5 different identities, 3 get-a-way vehicles with five different models and colours.........when there were really only two bank robbers and they got away on foot..................so much for eye witnesses, and especially under the emotion of two massive buildings collapsing.

    I should imagine news reports included the fabled stories of eye witnesses too.

    We got the news in Canada second hand and it seemed to change reports with each issue.

    Yes one was arrested and went to jail. He missed the flights cos he was arrested in Detroit between Canadian Customs and Detroit police. I forget his name now,,,,,,,as if I cold remember it anyway........but it happened.

    It was not secondary explosions that caused the collapse. It was the collapse that caused the secondary explosions. As the floors gave way, there were HUGE explosions. There were explosions as equipment burst - explosions as chemicals burst - explosions as floor hit floor. THAT is a fact.

    Why wasn't the strongest military power on earth able to get fighter aircraft in the air to protect its two most important cities? Especially Washington after the attack on NYC. Why wasn't the President immediately ushered out of that school by the Secret Service after the SECOND plane hit the WTC towers? Why didn't Air Force 1 have a fighter escort when it took off from Tampa? Did your magazine explain these questions?

    Years ago I saw the movie/broadcast that sure did look real. It is quite convincing. I do not for one minute believe it though.

    I have wondered for quite a long time about Roswell though.

    What you believe and what is the truth aren't necessarily the same. This issue immediately becomes one of "conspiracy believers" versus the truth. Why not just look at the facts?

    Why is bin Laden charged "in connection with the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya" but not 9/11? He has never been charged with being involved with 9/11! Don't you find that just a little bit strange? Why did we invade Afghanistan if it wasn't to go after the terrorists who were behind 9/11?

    No, it really is difficult to swear in a shovelful of ashes, on the witness stand. :rolleyes:

    Although one time the so-named Cadaver Synod and Pope Steven VI had the body of Pope Formosus disinterred and put on trial for heresy, a year after his death (where not surprisingly, he was found 'guilty' in a real 'kangaroo court').

    And later, The Council of Constance and Pope Martin V had the remains of John Wycliffe dug up 44 years after he died to be burned, along with his books, so I reckon it's possible that some might still try this today. :rolleyes:

    So you believe that the only people involved in 9/11 were the terrorists on board the aircraft which we never proved were involved BTW? Then why did we go after bin Laden?
