    The presidential candidate from the Libertarian Party or the Constitution Party will fit that requirement. There may be some even more minor parties that I am not familiar with that may also fit that requirement.

    The last time that either major party put forward a presidential candidate that fit that requirement was perhaps Grover Cleveland.
