    Some love it and some hate it, I'm kinda in the middle. Seems fast and has some nice features but on the other hand no start button is a pain in the neck. They have added a step or two to the things I usually do but it is quite nice for a touch screen and I'd guess nice on a tablet.

    I do not use the tiles unless I have to.

    Windows media center is not included in 8. It is 9.99 in their store. You can get it free until January if you need it or want it.

    Wife does not want it and I would not pay full price for it. Picked it up for 14 with the new computer.

    If you think you want it go to a store and play with it awhile first.

    If you need a new computer then it is okay when it comes with but I can't say I'd recommend spending too much money on it.
