My old local paper, the Kansas City Star, has covered this story of a court case where a woman sued her employers for sexual harrassment when her superiors placed porn inside her Bible. That is not as interesting to me as this link which is for a blog for the newspaper where readers can post thoughts on the stories of the day. Unfortunately, some posters seem to believe that carrying a Bible to work is more offensive than pornography. If you scroll down long enough you actually find someone finally making the salient point that this case most likely would have turned out the same way if these men placed porn in the co-worker's tv guide or reader's digest. I just found this link to be an interesting snapshot of how Christians are viewed by some in this county.

One day a co-worker will sue for harrassment for using a Bible at work. Wouldn't that be an interesting twist?

    Cheers,

    Sadly

Many people that would call the Bible more offensive than porn - call themselves Christian.
