A concubine! At least that would be biblical, wouldn't it. I can picture the scene at the local Baptist church now. Deacons dancing up and down, fists shaking....................................er......ahem!

    Cheers,

    Jim

Oh, I could marry you, but I turned in my license a couple of years ago.

When people are stupid enough to not read their Bible and blindly follow the leaders in their denomination they will get the same thing they are getting now.

Women just not to be pastors. How about that for a start!

I was not aware that Junia was female, since Junia was introduced along with Andronicus as as kinsmen in kjv or countrymen in nkjv. Someone enlighten me.

I understand Romans 16:7 to mean that Andronicus and Junia were known by the apostles.

Paul doesn't claim that either one of them were Apostles. Only that they were respected by Apostles.

Well, that or they where respected preachers of the Gospel accepted by the church, which has some biblical support. To achieve your interpretation you have to depend on the definite article preceding apostles. Most scholars choose option one.

    Context it everything!
