I'm a housewife, my husband wants to be the one taking care of me.
But I do make extra money selling at on line auctions. Which he does support, and even helps me.
Formally a stay home mom, but they grew up.
    Hubby still needs me though.

Let's see I'm a nutritionist, a seamstress, a chef, a "domestic engineer", a nurse, a chaufer, a teacher, a soccer coach, a den mother, oh, and I also moonlight here and there as a "make-believe horsey, pitcher, right-fielder, trampoline, climbing pole, and I am a full time loving encourager...well, let's make it a little easier and just say, I'm a stay at home mom!!! :D

Actually, before being diagnosed with the brain cancer I was an Executive Recruiter with a retained search firm. I worked for the 3rd largest one in the US out in Chicago and then came to WI and became VP of a small chain. Dealt with mostly top level management but it was a lot of fun! Being retained...meaning we were paid either way up front really made it nice because it took the "high pressure sales approach" out of the picture.

I'm an Architectural Engineering student at University of Missouri - Rolla. School takes up 95% of my time so I don't have time for a job.

    Hi,

I do not hold a job where someone gives me a pay check. My husband does that. I do everything else .... including ironing. ;)

I have got to admit that I have a mission. My Uncle, who is a Baptist Preacher, would say that it was a calling. I sing. When I sing for the Good Lord it is as if I am surrounded by the Holy Spirit. I am often asked if I get nervous when I am singing infront of the church. I don't, because I am not standing there alone. When I am out in the flower garden pulling weeds, I sing. No matter where I am, I sing for my Lord Christ Jesus. When I found out that there was going to be a Christmas program for/by the children, I signed up to help.... with the music ofcourse...I am running the sound system during practice.

We are going to be having our first Grandchild in December. He will be staying with me while my daughter works. Guess who will be learning to sing? I am so thankful that my husband supports me and gives me the freedom to do the things that I must.

I'm with the Government (State). I'd rather not state much more than that.

    Good job Dajuid! ;)
I don't work for pay right now, but I'm getting ready to look in the next week. Not quite sure where though. It'll be the first time for me and the girls....I'm trying to think of a job where I won't have to work with other people, ha ha. It's my area of expertise.....NOT dealing with clients! And I'm GOOD at it! There's GOTTA be an opening SOMEWHERE!
