The fact that they use Malachi's passage is proof that they want to put a spirit of condemnation on those who do not tithe. You have robbed me! How? In tithes and offerings. You are cursed! Everyone!

It is clear the message they are sending out.

    Salty,
I only wish I could have visited your Church.

HW, take your accusations to another thread. This one is about tithing, not the tree of life or the commandments.

Fred. I don't know if you have immense patience or just are a glutton for punishment... but seriously, why bother responding to HW? There is literally no purpose.

    You are probably right, RL.

Where is the ignore button on here? HW will be the first customer if I ever find that button. LOL

why would someone even listen to a fellow that says he don't even keep Yahshua's commandments ?? that is totally against scripture ???

Just making a point that Fred doesn't believe in keeping Yah's word to begin with---so he refutes the Word of Yah and his Son Yahshua.

also Fred didn't have a problem following me around to every thread and post and making accusations against me in doing so---I am making a plain and true accusation against him---for those of you who hold fred's position--YOU must NOT LOVE YAHSHUA YOURSELVES:tear::tear::tear:

Amen!! Even when we are on vacation and visit a church, we will put a small offering into the basket. It's not usually much ($10 or $20 depending on what we have on us) but it's our way to thank them for ministering to us.

    im not angry friend ---:love2::love2::love2:

im not off the OP either---tithing is considered a command of Yah---so therefore im dealing with Fred saying that NO ONE keeps Yah's commandments.

Go to 'someone's' public profile. Under their name there are two drop down menus. The one on the right is "user lists." Open the drop down. Bottom option is "add to ignore"

I assume that works. I haven't done it to anyone yet personally.

You blaspheme God by your idiotic insistence of using Hebrew, (Bad Hebrew at that according to our resident Hebrew speakers.), you regularly advocate error and heresy, you refuse to actually engage in discussion when you bring up one of your 'issues', and you just admitted to being an accuser of the brethern!

I know nothing of Fred following you or vice versa. It is irrelevant. This is an internet forum! Feel free to log off if you really want to get away from him!

if this post was for me--this is my response to it--

Jahshua did NOT say--If you are Legalistic--Keep my Commandments

Jahshua said IF YOU LOVE ME--KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS--BIG DIFFERENCE

The tithing that God commanded was for the children of Israel, not for us Gentile Converts.

The tithing that God commanded was produce and livestock, not money.

The tithing that God commanded required a yearly trip to Jerusalem.
The tithing that God commanded required giving that tithe to Levites, widows, orphans, and refugees... all within the land of Israel, not other countries.

It is quite obvious that the tithe that is being taught in many Churches today is not that tithe that God commanded.

I'll settle this and post every NT passage commanding believers to tithe to a church.

    1.
    2.
    3.
    4.
    5.

Sorry. Can't seem to find ANY. Hence why I repudiate those who seek to add law to grace and bring tithing - support for the Jewish temple - into God's church today.

    :BangHead:

And preemptive warning - if legalist say then I am not going to heaven or not really saved because I reject as false the whole package known as "tithing", I will give you 21 points.

(More than 20 points gets a person banned permanently) :saint:

It isn't even incumbent on Israelis today as the tithe was only applicable under the Mosaic Covenant. We are under the New Covenant, praise the Lord!

And apparently I can't help myself either Fred... I must be the glutton for punishment :(

at least I don't use a PAGAN TITLE AS god or lord for his name is YAH !!!

if that is bad Hebrew--then go to psalm 68-4 and see it and then decide whether the translators got stuff messed up in our bibles ???:wavey:
