    Based on "evidence that strongly suggested" the wrong man was executed.

    Right. :rolleyes:

    The standard for conviction in a court of law is considerably higher than that.

    John Paul Stevens thinks every execution is wrongful. No surprise here. Move on, folks, nothing to see.
